corn on the cob, 1 veggie
from Cancer recovery cookbook, on page 122 All American salad, 1 fruit
from Cancer Recovery cookbook, page 145, Kitchen Vegetable Medly, 2 1/4 veggie

Think I will make Almond Rejoice Pie too, don't know if that counts as a fruit or not, probably not, just counts as one good pie...lol

yummy, I sure like the challenge of more fruits and veggies, hubby and I have been having very little of them
