I've walked 2 miles and only on my second glass of water. Not easy to drink a lot when you're on the run.

Yes, I will commit. I drank six servings of water so far. I will come back to list what I did for exercise. I am watching my portions and tracking everything in my Weight Watchers Tracker.

Will you commit to drinking 8 glasses of water today, moving for 25 minutes and watching your portions?

One thing about it, if you drink the water you WILL get some movement in walking to the bathroom!!!! emoticon
