Breakfast: cocoa and 2 bran muffins
Lunch: Granola bar
Supper: Left over Chicken pot pie and yellow squash.

Breakfast: bran flakes, milk, sugar, coffee.
Lunch: veggie soup, saltines, 2 slices bread, peanutbutter, milk, coffee
Snack: chocolate milk, apple
Not sure about supper yet.
Sarah, I will be praying that your headache goes away soon.
Breakfast: 3oz. chicken breast; mini-rice cakes; chrry tomatoes
Snack: Bananas and raspberries sprinkled with cinnamon
Lunch: Chicken, mini-rice cakes; fresh veggies
Snack: Weight Watchers yogurt and some fruite
Not sure about Dinner and another snack yet.
Lots of water

Lunch: low point soup, salad, toast
Dinner: chicken, cauliflower, carrots, greens
Snack: pear, apple, milk, Special K crackers
