Cottage egg whites w/ 1/4 cup cottage cheese
tomato slices
whole wheat toast
1 tsp raw honey

Lunch:

tuna stuffed tomato on lettuce
6 reduced fat Ritz

Dinner:

H.E. Chicken and Dumplings
Steamed carrots and broccoli

Snacks:

yogurt
apple
jell-o w/cranberries

10glasses of water
