Hi Everyone! A few years back I had a flu shot and was very, very sick from it. So I have not
gotten one since. I get a lot of reactions to different medications of shots. Today I went to lunch with a friend. We had a great time and also had healthy food. Not too much else happened today. Jan, I will pray for Troy. Believe me I understand the pain that comes with
diveritculus (spelled wrong). IT IS NO FUN!! I will pray that Troy recovers soon.
Been gone this whole week to DD#2 home. They went to Disney land and we watched the house. We sure enjoyed ourselves.
We went to Nevada City and walked up and down the historical shops and down the street of Victorian homes that were painted really nice.
We had a great time.
Daughter came home one day early so we got to spend some time with them.
Have not had a flu shot yet. I need to do it, but have to pay for it and have not found out how much it cost.
Well you all have a great week-end
Hi Ann and anyone else who joins us,
Another cool, grey day. Bruce drove to Portland and back. Troy is having another diverticulitis attack and not feeling one bit good.
I cooked a pot of pinto beans and they sure were good. Tonight we had salisbury steak.
Ann, last night as I was sitting here the soreness started to fade from my arm and today it's not even tender. It hurt from the area up by my shoulder down to a short sleeve length and moving it hurt where it was swollen. I'm sure glad that's done with!
Tomorrow is TOPS Fall Rally and I get up way too early.
How is everyone else doing?

I came to the computer to rest. I am tired. Today was fill the refrigerator in the motor home. I had the freezer stuffed already. Of course that leads to cleaning out the refrig. in the house. I did take all the vegetables and cut them up so I have enough for supper tonight and another 3 -4 meals. I'll just have to steam them. Last night I made a gr beef, rotoni with spaghetti sauce casserole so I have left overs for supper tonight and also tomorrow night.
When I was putting something away in the motor home it looked like a critter had been in there so I had to bring all the silver ware and utinsels in the house and wash them. I carry way to many spatulars and wooden spoons etc but when you need them I have them.
Jan, is your arm itching from your flu shot. Mine sure is and it is also pink. I've put some cream on it to keep the itch down. I don't recall having a flu shot bother me before. I better not tell my kids or they won't get one.
I'm going to sew the knitted hat together and think if I've forgotten anything. DH informed me he will run out of Ecotrim next week. I don't know what he wants me to do about it except to remember as he won't.
