We sure had an easy supper tonight. Since DH wasn't home for supper last night I took the salad I bought for him at Costco and made it work for the two of us with a bowl of Cauliflower soup I made last week. We had blueberries and raspberries for dessert. The raspberries were just huge and so good. I can tell the blueberry season is winding down. They weren't as tasty as the earlier ones.
Yes, Nini, groceries prices are going higher and higher. I'm glad we're not big meat eaters. They say gas prices are going down but they sure haven't gone down very much here.
I didn't do much of anything today and it was a lovely day too.
Ann- how is your DD doing with her diet? The one that had the surgery. She is having to get use to not being able to eat certain foods with fat. I do not think she has had time to figure out her diet, since her daughter has gone to kindergarden this year.
Patty-glad you are feeling better
DD#2 and grandkids went to McDonalds for lunch as a treat. That my not last long going out to eat. DD#2 said that when she went to Wal-Mart and a gallon of milk was $5.00. You print money, you inflate prices. Happens everytime.
