Nina, I like abebooks.com. I've gotten lots of Jo's books from their various sellers. Most for around $5.00 that included postage. Only once did I not get one that was ordered and the seller said it was mailed. The sellors are mostly used book store types and thrift stores.
Did you find the recipe for sour cream corn bread I posted for you?

where were some of the on line stores you can buy Joann's cookbooks.
I am trying to find the book on pizza.
Did Joann make a granola of any kind??
I could sure use the recipe.
103 today here in CA
Been down yesterday and today. I have hurt all up and down my back and had a bad head ache. Advil takes care the head ache but not so much the muscles.
So just resting at my daughters. My stress level is most likely up, so this does not help.
Kind of makes me sad all this at one time.
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
Sarah, I didn't get any french fries with my salad but DH did with his Whiskey Burger. I snitched 1 fry. Even gave GS 1 of my two pieces of bread. As we were waiting for our bill DH showed me a special on a ad that was on the table for a strawberry salad. I probably would have tried that one. I love their poppy seed honey mustard dressing. Not low cal.
I have a recipe for a gr. beef, onion, corn tortillas, cr. chicken soup, canned tomatoes and cheese that I'm going to try for supper since I have all the ingredients. I'm not sure where I got the recipe but off the computer some where.

We had fog this morning which made it comfortable walking on the river walk. Back home and had lunch so now I'm headed out to garden. It's 68 right now - our forecast for today was 65. I'm going to do the weeding in the shady area.
chicken and broccoli for dinner.

Leftovers for supper.
baked carrots with orange juice, turbinado sugar(you could use brown), butter, salt and pepper
casserole with hamburger, rice, onions, celery, mushroom soup and water
oatmeal banana buttermilk muffins
fresh strawberries and fresh pineapple. Yum
Hot and humid here today, very humid.
Just made my kitty a kitty bed. Made it this morning, very fast, very fun, 5 strands of yarn adn a P hook.
This is my 2nd try at this post. The first one just went pouf! Gone!
Weather is the usual...hot and humid. No rain in sight.
Yesterday I made the Twisty Tuna salad for lunches, H.E. recipe. Today I made Taco Chicken for dinners. I think I remember Jan talking about making this recipe, the one I used came from WW'. Black beans, corn, chicken, taco seasoning and picanta sauce. Easy peasy and tastes great. I gave it 5 *'s.
Ann I see a lot of commercials for Red Robin and their salads look really good. Burgers do too. The french fry deal would do me in.
Hope everyone is having a great day!

Almost noon time here. The sun has finally driven away the clouds from the ocean overcast. I've got a load of stuff that will need ironing in the dryer. Then I have to think up something for supper.
GS had a basketball game last night. What a beautiful recreation center. There were two basketball courts in the huge gym. The outside grounds were huge and surrounded with houses. Lots of picnic tables, walking paths and a play ground for the younger children. Of course this is in an area where the homes have been built in the last ten years. After the game DS, GS, DH and I went to supper at Red Robin. I just love their salads and brought home 1/2 for my lunch.
