Good Afternoon, It is much more comfortable today than yesterday.
Judy, I can't figure out what your picture is? Maybe someone else knows. Isn't the bridge over Lake Ponchartrain something else? We stayed in a timeshare in the town on the other end years ago. Friends from Ky. came down and joined us. The first night there a knock came at the time share, a cab driver was bringing two older ladies for a week and the office was closed. We told him the managers probably left a key for them under the door mat. Next morning DH ask if LF and I would take the ladies to the grocery store as they didn't have any food. They both were from South America and only one spoke English. Her grandson was to stay at the time share but couldn't make the trip so told grandma to use it. I felt sorry for them being so far from New Orleans and no wheels. The manger of the timeshare was able to get them one in New Orleans and found them a ride into the city. Later in the week we were waiting at a train stop for a train. One train went by slowly and there were the two ladies on the train waving to us from the window. Stay save and watch the weather reports.
Cindi, I thought it would be fun to bake cookis with the step granddaughter at that age. It didn't go too well. She wanted to taste the batter and then didn't like it so spit it back into the bowl of dough. I scooped.
Patty, you early bird you, I bet you get those sweaters knit ahead of schedule.
Time for us to go eat. Always early on Sunday.
