Good Afternoon everyone. I spent a good part of the morning organizing my tax data. The needed paper work is starting to come in the mail, finally. Our tax app't is in two weeks so I want to be ready.
Iris, I can understand you being tired watching a 4 year old, a 2 year old and an 8 month old. What were you thinking???????? Just watching one little one would tire me out.
Glenna, I hope your Dr. confirms that your medical tests won't require further treatment.
Nina, any word on how Cassie is doing?
Louise, that is terrible that your DH is being asked to work such crazy shifts. That isn't right for any one. My friend in Chandler is beginning to listen to the senior auditions for the annual talent show that will be in March. You'll have to watch for news of the show. It is generally in a nice hall and runs at least two nights. My friend will be the M.C.
Shar, when aren't the grocery store prices not going up. I know produce will be high with the weather the southern states have had. The food section said today is the peak time for fruit from Chili, especially blueberries. Said they had a bummer crop this year.
How does a three layer, made from scratch German Chocolate Cake sound. That is what my DIL made for DS birthday yesterday. Wish we had been there for a big slice. I'm afraid N. C. is a little far.
We just might get SuperWalMart in the county. A couple of months ago the City Council turned down construction of big box stores selling groceries. So WalMart got petitions signed to put it on the ballot and got many more offical signatures than needed. Now the City Council can either recind their vote of spent tax payers money for a special election.
Patty, you are just making hats up a storm. I still work on my knitting at night when I watch TV.
