Hello,
I have been babsitting yesterday and today. A 4 yearold who is ADHD, a 2 year old and a 8 month old. My great grandsons. I am so tired I think I could go to bed right now, and it's only 5:30.

I read everyones posts but I can't remember who said what.
Louise I hope you can find a better insurance. Hope you are feeling over the stomach flu, it is definitely not fun to have.

Ann I do weight watchers online but I haven't been really following it. I did the very best with them when they were doing the exchanges. I loved the meetings then. They weren't rushed and much more participation between members and leaders.

Paulissa that sounds like a fun project. Is it going to be a surprise for hubby? I am glad you are doing well with your exercising and eating.

Patty I have never lived where there was snow so I might not mind if you sent a little my way.

Jan I hope your husband is okay. That must have been a real ouchie.
Now I don't remember if I have your name right. Is it Glenna? You must see a lot of wonderful places traveling so much. It is hard though when we know we wont see someone for so long. I haven't seen my son since a year ago last May.
Hope I didn't forget anyone.

Iris

Ann, I like the face to face accountability of meetings. I like morning meetings - for one thing as the day goes on your weight goes up. Is it the same leader for both meetings? If not, you could visit each class to see where you fit the best.

We've been doing the "disabled kitchen dance". DH called the faucet manufacturer and described the problem. They are sending him parts which will arrive in 5 to 7 days. Good grief! So we went out and bought an inexpensive faucet. He stuck his head under the sink area to install it and hit his eyebrow area on the cupboard and got a nice gash that wouldn't stop bleeding for a long time (Plavix). DIL had some butterfly bandages but I'd never seen how you put them on plus it's in a very difficult area. The VA said he could go to Portland to be seen (4 hours round trip). The good news is the cheapo faucet is now installed and working well.

Hello friends,

I'm here - just have been busy with algebra review, book writing, searching for better employment, mentoring, etc.

David got his assignment for the Philippines: He will leave on birthday (3/6) and be gone for 6 weeks. His passport finally arrived today. He is very excited to travel and see things he hasn't seen. I am excited to remodel his office while he's gone lol! I'm painting the walls taupe and then doing a crackle faux finish so that it looks old worldly. I'll be framing some of his maps from his travels and others I will have laminated for him.

I'm anxious for school to begin for me so I can move closer to my goals.

I am still eating well and working out and hope to be at my goal by the end of the year. We'll see.

Ann....I just joined WW online again and am pretty happy with it. I love the meetings and before I sold the house, I made 52 weeks in a row and lost 25# It's to hard to do the meetings now that we're on the road, so decided to do the online one.
Just received the books and the tracker, so today was the first day for that.

Going to bed early tonight..for some reason I'm pooped today. Good night...Judy

Ann,
There is always the online ww classes if you don't find a time suitable for you.

Can't I send this cold weather and snow someplace?
Patty

WHERE IS EVERYONE?????

I've been grocery shopping. I didn't need much and my list wasn't long but I sure filled up the cart. Last night I pulled some recipes I had cut out of different places and went through them to add what I would need to the grocery list. If I make them all, we'll be eating pretty good for a couple of weeks.

I've made up my mind to go back to W W but can't decide when. Mon. would be a good day as DH isn't home and I have the car to myself. They only have a 9 a.m. class and a 6 p.m. on Mon. 9 is too early for me although I could make it if I got myself in gear. A couple of days there is a 12:30 class BUT the meeting place is in a strip mall that has a large Chinese Buffet and during the lunch hour the cars just pour in and parking is difficult. The food must be good but DH and I have never eaten there. The excuses continue. I think there is a meeting there 7 days a week.

I hope everyone is having a good day and we have no sickies today. Patty don't send any cold weather here, please.

Ann
