Well it is COLD, dreary and snowy here in NE. We are getting our 1st snow of the season and we are looking at about an inch of accumulation. It has been a lazy day for me since David kept me up all night with his snoring. I've been catching up on my sleep and visited with a friend and watched "The Pianist" together.
Not much going on today: David is bring home tacos from a local restaurant for dinner so that things will be easy since both of us are wiped and will likely veg for the night and go to bed early.
I received my Elaine Petrone Magic Ball system set today. I can't use the workout until I heal but it is pressure point massage that has been shown in some studies to help break up endo adhesions so I thought I'd give it a try.
What are the rest of you up to today?
