Breakfast: 3 egg whites, homemade salsa, rye toast, hot tea

Lunch: Homemade chicken with veggies and brown rice soup

Dinner: Same as lunch with added piece of toast with tsp honey

8-8 ounce glasses of water

Snacks: frozen grapes (these feel great on a sore throat) frozen pineapple chunks sugar free jello
