Count me in on this. I've been trying to cook most of my meals and count calories so this will be fun, having company and getting ideas from all of you. It's been a while since we had any kind of challenge. With the holidays behind us and probably a few of those new years resolutions too, it's time to try something different.
How about a challenge for the month of February - just 4 weeks long - 28 little days - no big family gatherings to get in the way.
I'd like to propose trying one new recipe a week - HE or other. Post the recipe or link and the results. It would help eveyone get out of the mid-winter rut, that I have a feeling we are starting to fall into, and also add to our recipe boxes.
