Count me in on this. I've been trying to cook most of my meals and count calories so this will be fun, having company and getting ideas from all of you. I have been using mostly HE recipes for my primary meal since the beginning of January and the scale is reflecting the change. Thank you, JoAnna. Stephanie/SC

I can do that too. Even if I do two one week I guess that will be o k. The first week of Feb. we will be in Tucson at an RV rally and I won't do much cooking that week.

Looks like I need to dust the books off. I felt a small challenge might be a good way to start. I'm glad many of you are willing to join in.

I can handle a new recipe a week. I'm in!

There are 1440 minutes in a day, set aside 30 for exercise.
It's been a while since we had any kind of challenge. With the holidays behind us and probably a few of those new years resolutions too, it's time to try something different.
How about a challenge for the month of February - just 4 weeks long - 28 little days - no big family gatherings to get in the way.
I'd like to propose trying one new recipe a week - HE or other. Post the recipe or link and the results. It would help eveyone get out of the mid-winter rut, that I have a feeling we are starting to fall into, and also add to our recipe boxes.
