2 reduced fat pancakes
brummel and brown butter spread
turkey bacon
lunch:
chicken breast..removed skin
small helping of potato salad :(
dinner:
left-over crockpot beef stroganoff
green beans
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
snack:
yogurt and walnuts
banana

Supper is left over Busy Day Cabbage "Rolls" (this was very good)
Steamed broccoli.
I've got two fresh pears I think I will serve with some f/f cottage cheese. I think think of any other easy way to use both up. I'm out of salad greens.
