Ann, I got the idea to fix this from a post of yours! It is good. I used black cherry SF Jello as I had it around and I could see leaving the topping off or perhaps just a dollop of FF Cool Whip. Hubby loves it too. Thanks for the suggestion.
Pawprint, I love that Heavenly Blueberry Salad. I sometimes even make it and leave off the cream cheese topping.
Breakfast was 2 bran muffins and a cup of cocoa
Lunch Go Lean Bar
Supper Fish, sweet potatoes that are in my crockette with apple and cranberries, and spinach for me and some kinds of canned beans for DH. (he can't have too much of the green veggies)
Maybe I'll get two Clementines eater later AND
8 p.m. two choc bran muffins.

Lunch: Amy's Amazing Goulash, Lime nut salad
Dinner: HE Split pea and Ham soup
Snacks: tangerine, grapefruit, celery and carrot strips

I had a little work today but managed to get a loaf of bread going plus one of the HE recipes with leftover chicken. What's for dinner at your house?
Breakfast: Newman's Own Flakes n' Strawberries with soy milk and coffee.
Lunch: Italian Vegetable Soup & 1/4 small cantaloupe
Dinner: Chicken Broccoli Corn Casserole (CHAA p.292)
Italian Herb Bread, Heavenly Blueberry Salad
Snack: a slice of the bread above when hot out of bread machine.
Dessert: Heavenly Blueberry Salad (2nd piece)
