Jan I just started it for any of us that just didn't want to wait any longer to start eating better. I'm not sure what to call it...do you have any ideas?
You are better at this than I am so help Jan or anyone else with ideas.
Breakfast: oatmeal with tbles dates, tbles chopped walnuts, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: brown rice with veggies mixed in, turkey, cranberry jello salad
Dinner: lettuce salad with shrimp, tomatoes, onion, radishes, green beans, oil and balsamic vinegar, garlic, skim milk
Snacks: raw cauliflower, tangerine, apple, v8 juice
water=8-8 ounce glasses
