I'm glad you got us started Jan!
Breakfast: egg, 100% whole wheat toast, sliced tomatoes, fat free milk
Lunch: lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, onion, cranberries, tuna (plain, no mayo), dressing of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil mixed with mashed garlic and black pepper
Dinner: turkey, mashed sweet potato (mashed with orange juice) jello cranberry salad, broccoli
Snacks: tangerines, apple, V8 juice
Water: trying for 8-8 ounce glasses
Whew looks like lots of food!
