Jan, I just put some small turkey meat balls in the crock pot that were from a store frozen package. Just enough for the two of us. Added a can of HR Cream of Mushroom soup. Sprinkled a little dried minced onion, dried parsley and paprika. It was easy and very good.
I did this in my 2 quart crock pot.

Ann, I love those Harry & David soup mixes. The ones I've had were pretty point friendly and filling. I am too challenged with the Moose Munch - it's a trigger for me. I like your idea about crockpotting the meatballs and how you did the soup. Reminds me I need to stock up on the Campbells Healthy Requests soups.
I'm also starting slowly and mainly trying to cut out the sweets. So what comes in the mail today but a package from Harry and David from GD. There were two packages of dried soup mix and a box of goodies. DH can have the truffles and cookies but I might like to snitch some of the moose munch. I weighed myself today for the first time in a while and it wasn't pretty.
Breakfast and lunch are the same every day but for supper tonight I have some small turkey meat balls in the little crock pot with some Cr. of Mushroom soup on them. I will add a little f/f sour cream when it is time to eat and serve this over some noodles.
Veg. will be Frozen Peas and Carrots and a cabbage slaw with Clementines.
