Hi Everyone!

I'm posting late today. It was another dark rainy day here in Florida. We can use the rain but at least I hope the warmer temps come back. It is so cold elsewhere I shouldn't complain. At least there is no snow or ice.

Everyone must be busy today. I made Blazing Glory Chili again today. The weather just calls for soups, chowders or chilis.

Hi Deb,

I've been putting up Christmas decorations and dealing with the mess of empty boxes, shifting things around to make room for other things. Then just awhile ago I found a box of ornaments so we're trying to fit them on the tree. We're going to take a drive on the beach to see if there are any of the big squids that have been washing up along the way. I still want to make fruitcake - we'll see how that goes when I get back home. There's always tomorrow. We may get some freezing rain tonight.

Good afternoon everyone - where are you? I know trying to thaw out, shovel out or out shopping. Even my 'puter is shivering. At least the wind has died down to 18 mph instead of the 30 yesterday. I thought I might have to change by address to Buffalo or even further east. Just had a dusting of snow - not enough to shovel. At least the sun is shining today.

I need to get the the grocery, but I don't know if I really want to bundle up and head out. I think a can of soup will be just fine and it can wait until tomorrow when it's warmer.
