Jan, what does a die cut machine do? Sounds like heavy duty construction to me.
Paulissa, good luck with your physical, I know you'll be happy to have that behind you.
Today I'm doing a remake creation recipe. Last week at the bridge game I went to one of the ladies made a really good Pretzel Raspberry topping dessert. Partially low cal. I've looked up Pretzel dessert and salad from JoAnn's recipes and come up with three variations. The pretzel crust all seem the same. One thing I've learned so far is don't spray the dish with Butter Pam, it makes the cooled and cook crust slide around and not easy to spead the cream cheese mixture. Now I'm waiting for the Jello to thicken up a little. I didn't use as much water as the box says, so we'll see how this turns out. I've done the nutrition and 1/8 of the 8 x 8 dish will be 110 cal, 3.5g fat and 1.2g fiber for 2 1/2 WW pts. That's not bad.
It's a lovely day here. Warm with a nice breeze.

Good morning Paulissa and anyone to follow,
Paulissa, I hope your bloodwork and physical go well and you'll be back on the road to weight loss.
We've had a rainy few days. Friday we should see some sun again.
That New England Apple Pie I made from the August newsletter has vanished - everyone loved it. I guess I need some more apples.
This morning I pick up a friend for a meeting and then it's our day to play. She just got one of those die cut machines and I think we're going to see what it can do.

I'm sorry to be so absent here. It's rush time around here: Monthly deadlines at work, writing deadlines to meet, taping for the TV show, community listening meetings. . .
It's been warmer this week and I'm really looking forward to going to the pool tomorrow.
I had quite the wakeup last week when I realized that I have gained 50 lbs in the 2 years following my ACL surgery in July 2007. That is just unreal to me, but it's there. So, it's bloodwork for mme tomorrow and the physical next Friday.
How are the rest of you?????
Working out teaches me about challenging, yet being patient with myself.

There are 1440 minutes in a day, set aside 30 for exercise.
