That's awesome. I have been out of commission for quite some time! I have a three year old and two older kiddos who are involved in WAY too much! Then I hurt my foot... Running isn't in the cards right now. Once I'm done rehabbing my foot I hope to get back in the gym and start training again.
Trying to get back on track after the worst year that I can remember.

I just finished c25k week 4 and that means the half way point! I used my run keeper and at doing 50% running 50% walking my mile average is 14:07 which for a 5k that put me at 42 minutes. My goal is to run the whole course in under 40 minutes. I think I may need to raise the bar higher!
When it gets hard, push back harder.
