My goal is be faithful and consistent with my 5k training and to run my race successfully! emoticon

My goals for July:
1500 fitness minutes
Start adding strength training to my current 10K training
Start doing one speed workout a week to improve my time
Do one SP virtual 5K each week
Get out earlier in the mornings to run before the heat sets in

Once the Peachtree Road Race is completed on the 4th, I plan to refocus on my strength training w/at least 30 min 3x a week.

My goal for July is to walk everyday of each week and keep track of how many steps I get in at the end of the month.
