This is my second week on it.

My weight is 250.8
Next weeks goal- 248

I am a little nervous because its spring break and I'm heading home to see friends. My father is never home so there is no food at home. I have my exercise plan done for this week, with biking on friday, 5mile hike on sat, and golfing on sunday.Not to mention I will continue with my usual 30 minute cardio's on the days I don't have special things planned. My only concern is getting the motivation and the strength when I eat out to make the right choices.

I feel guilty after eating out while on vacation. After 3 days, I've gained 3 lbs. I guess that isn't so bad considering... But the scale needs to be moving the other way.

-1.5! Whew, what a struggle that was. By Wednesday, the scale had me at +8lbs and i was seriously freaking out. I nearly doubled my calorie burn just to knock it all off and make a little progress. I hope this week goes much better.

I only lost 1 pound, but at least I am not gaining. I exercised every day and kept my food journal (went over on two days), but I think I'm going to try adding weight training in again at least 3 times during the week and see if that helps.

I cant weigh because I have a broken ankle in a cast. BUT - I HAVE taken 1 1/2" off my waistline (50"). Thats gotta count for SOMETHING!! Apparently wheeling myself around the house and lifting my butt in and out of this W/C counts as exercise, too. LOL emoticon

this page lets you do everything except update your current weight. It makes no sense. I can never remember how to do it.
