Bankruptcy is actually better because you can start working to make your credit better faster. I did my own deals with a couple of my creditors just enough to get through. it's made my credit bad but it won't last as long as I make the payments and pay them off early as I plan. I won't be able to use them as creditors again but there are other fish in the sea. if I ever want the credit again
Let me know how it works out for you. I've considered it, but I've researched the heck out of it and it hurts your credit almost as much as a bankruptcy would, so really....why not just do a total bankruptcy? Hope it works out for you. I'm trying to figure out what the heck I can do about mine.
Trust yourself and believe that you are capable of great things!

This is a good one. They are NOT a non-profit. They charged 15% to eliminate at least 60% of the debt. So, they are definately for profit, but the service is EXCELLENT!! I have friends who've already gone through the debt settlement and are completely satisfied!! Wish I could lose weight this easily
