Short term goals - #1: lose 27 pounds by 2-28-2015 (max weight of 210) #2: From 3-1-15 to 5-31-15 maintain goal #1 and continue to shed another 30 lbs (max weight of 180 by 5-31) #3: Put in motion the changes in exercise so that I am either walking or riding bike every day. #4: Start back in aikido (or if I need a step in between Ti Chi) by 5-31 at the very latest, preferably by 2-28.
