Losing is a convoluted situation. More calories out that we take in is a good definition. However, if the body feels like it's being starved than our metabolism slows down to protect the body. Has to be a happy medium. SparkPeople is a great place to start.

of my exercise calories should I eat? My normal allowable range is 1200-1550 cals I have eaten 1267, but I have done 470 cals in the exercise bike. Should I eat some of these or can I realistically stop eating now? I have not had much success in the past
