Really. That's the only way you drop pounds. Say you only walking four miles a day and you eating 1300 calories. You don't drop pounds?

you must burn more calories than your body needs for everyday activities in order to loose weight

You eating the right amount of calories. Somedays I make my range and sometimes I don't.

I would like to know. I don't usually ever go over my calories., but not losing pounds. Maintaining and inches, so I wonder what's up. emoticon

of my exercise calories should I eat?
My normal allowable range is 1200-1550 cals
I have eaten 1267, but I have done 470 cals in the exercise bike. Should I eat some of these or can I realistically stop eating now?
I have not had much success in the past
