Sodium (salt) can play a part in Blood Pressure. Cutting back can help lower the count. Hidden sodium can be a problem, especially in commercial soups, condiments, frozen entres, etc. Read the labels to be sure.
I'm going back to my doctor, tomorrow, and she will take away the last of my BPM. She's ben weaning me back now for 9 months, and tomorrow is the day of atonement, when I come off the last one. With my healthy lifestyle change in my eating, exercising, and the way I live over all now, things have gotten better. MUCH BETTER!!!! As far as any other tips, I have none. Just continue doing what you're doing, as IT'S WORKING!!!!

With my Dr. support and monitoring my BP very closely I have stop taking my BP medication. By diet and exercise and other pointer found on the internet I have been managing it like this for about a month now. Do anyone have any other suggestions on managing blood pressure naturally?
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
