Jordan well done losing so much. Track your food and eat well. Do not eat too little your body needs the nutrition for sure. Use your tracker and you will learn to eat right for your healthy lifestyle. Weighing too much really stresses the body especially hips and knees. Eat right and do some walking and you will succeed.

Congrats on your weight loss. Praying that you meet your intended goal. Losing weight has been a struggle for me but with the help of the Lord I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I wish you and each of us the best in staying on track to be sucessful in obtaining our goal.

and on losing the 34 lbs. that you have. However I must agree with Angel, that you need to be careful about how fast you lose the weight. If you aren't mindful of this, you'll gain back what you've lost and then some. SparkPeople can help you with that part of your lifestyle and get you where you need to go. and on losing 34 pounds in 12 weeks. Just be careful you don't lose too fast or it'll come back on quickly. The safe average is 1 to 2 pounds per week.
