I started my exercise regime with my youngest daughter when she lived close. I picked her up at 7 am and we would walk at a nature trail, 3 miles at first and graduated to 5 miles. Best of all was the time we spent together. Wonderful times!!!! :)
In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

It is great spending time with the kids. Daughters are a gift.
"The world is one country and mankind its citizens" one of the many truths spoken by Baha'u'llah and "Love is the light that guideth in darkness, the living link that uniteth God with man, that assureth the progress of every illumined soul."
Day three of my new streak. I hope I can continue. I lead a very busy life. My daughter and I have been working together. I will walk around the local track for 30 Minutes each day. I have to try. I am not getting anything done just sitting around. However, I do feel great to spend that time with my daughter. :)
Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (NIV) Mark 11:24
I only take one day at a time, and not worry about the past. Right now is what is important.
One person said to me, "if you don't try, you have lost nothing, but if you do try, then you have gained confidence to do better"
