But are you preparing your food together too? If so who's cooking? I know it's very difficult to be done but my mother (who prepares most of the food at home) started cooking adding almost no salt after I explained my problem. Who are not concerned about salt intake can easily add to their portions.
prepared frozen meals and fast food are loaded with salt for me it is best to prepare whole foods myself and season with spices may God bless your efforts

The doctor queried my salt intake? Any suggestions on how to lower it? I know we cannot totally eliminate it since it is even contained in raw fruit and veg, but if you have any other suggestions I would be grateful.
