My doc says 120/80 or slightly lower is desirable. I think "normal" used to be considered 140/80 but they dropped it a number of years ago.

ideal is 115/75 according to my doctor. But you should check with yours because you may have other variables.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the normal BP should be. I always thought it was 120/80 but i heard it has changed.

My blood pressure has been high since having a baby and lack of exercise. Its normally 130-140 and 80-90.

is that pretty high?
