Sparks has a number of excellent chair exercises. I use them when the hips and back refuse to cooperate!

Don't want to sound cheeky, but I notice on several of the sites I visit that folks say they have problems with exercise.
My friend In Ayr Scotland cannot stand for any length of time, but goes to a class where all of the exercise is done while sitting on a kitchen chair.
And no it is not easy peasy stuff as I thought, before I visited the class on my day off
