I found the Joe Barton High Blood Pressure Remedy Solution Kit which shared this information with me....this looks like an ad for an actual tool you can buy but trust me....I just squeeze my bare hand shut as hard as I can and it has worked for me....not necessary to buy the contraption...I was going to use a stress ball which I think would work great but when I think to do the exercise I don't have it handy so just squeeze...anyways this is the info about what I am trying to share with everyone here....when they said four two minute sessions two with each hand that is how I figured out doing twelve on each hand with a one minute rest counting one to two seconds squeeze and ten seconds rest repeat....
The therapy is simple. First, you squeeze as hard as you can for 1-2 seconds with your right hand, then with your left, each followed by 10 seconds of rest. happy to share the info that I found knowing from experience that it actually works...wish I could remember the name of the exercise cuz it had a link to a website about it too...if I find it I will post it...I also take a bunch of supplements so many it is ridiculous for anti inflammatory properties and things I have heard help with my fibromyalgia and arthritis...I take so many of them not sure what to recommend for bp perhaps Omega 3....I take Omega369...that one helps with so many things...

Pam thank you so much. I have tried not to start on BP meds. The first thing I tried and has worked was an herb made by Ayush called Carditone. It has held the BP at bay. But I looked and looked for an exercise. You have made me very very happy. Thank you. I will save this too.

get a stress ball for this....if you don't have one I usually just squeeze my hand into a fist....I usually do this laying down palms of hands face up arms at sides....squeeze your right hand for one to two seconds then rest ten seconds squeeze your left hand for one to two seconds then rest for ten seconds go back to your right hand squeeze one to two seconds then rest ten seconds repeat this for a count of twelve then rest one minute and repeat same hand....then rest one minute and do the same with your left hand...this has actually lowered my blood pressure. I am on meds and do this daily...it is recommended to do at least five times a week and it is very easy to do....my bp usually is around 140/150 over 90 with meds....after doing these exercises on a regular basis first doctor appointment it was 128 over 84 and a few months later it was 110 over 76....you can check yourself daily and note the difference but I swear from experience this really works....I am hoping to get off the meds after being on them for I would guess at least ten years or so on lisinopril...not off meds yet cuz doctor won't let me yet but it is time to refill my prescription and I am so tempted to go without it just to see if I really still need to take it anymore....Please try this....you will be amazed at the results...I paid for information on lowering blood pressure naturally....they had a name for this exercise but I forgot what they called it....anyways try it....they said to do each hand for so many minutes but with the count of ten seconds in between I figured it out to be twelve times with a minute break twice on each hand....try it you'll like it....
