I sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices and place in a zip lock to take to the movies with my grandchildren......we all love them

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

I take Cinnamon capsules. 1 three times a day. Really quells the sugar cravings!

Best part is the grapes don't freeze solid like an ice cube. You can actually bite thru them....just don't get brain freeze emoticon

I always add fruit (natural sugar and all those vitamins) to my cereal. I never thought of freezing grapes but I will try them. I keep frozen pineapple, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries in the freezer all the time.

One day at a time; one pound at a time.

I find that if you have any over ripe, but not yet gone, seedless grapes and you thow them in the freezer they make a great sweet treat and they have some substance to them. The are especially refreshing on the really hot days.

I find some mornings that my regular cereal with raisins and milk does not do enough to sort out the sugar boost my body craves and need some suggestions please on what else you folks do that will keep me away from dad's caramels at 5 am in the morning. There must be some healthier easy options out there
