I sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices and place in a zip lock to take to the movies with my grandchildren......we all love them
In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

I always add fruit (natural sugar and all those vitamins) to my cereal. I never thought of freezing grapes but I will try them. I keep frozen pineapple, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries in the freezer all the time.
One day at a time; one pound at a time.

I find that if you have any over ripe, but not yet gone, seedless grapes and you thow them in the freezer they make a great sweet treat and they have some substance to them. The are especially refreshing on the really hot days.
You have no power here, now be gone before someone drops a house on you!
