my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 100 pounds.
i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60.
we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
Ok starting today and taking heed of the notes I have from folks after my Monday moan about over stress
I have done the toilet and bathroom properly this week.
Bedrooms have had a lick and a promise.
Thursday I will do the living room thoroughly into the corners (to include the bits the folks don't reach)
The windows are due for their fortnightly clean (they missed the last one too but we can still see out) I have decided to treat with contempt the long remembered comment about how Mum used to clean them every week when she was young. When she was young she was a stay at home with Dad out at work all day and my brother and I were in the child care facility called school and neither gran's needed help because they were hardly older than I am now.
I have decided on a needs must basis for this week. I am having a wee laugh to myself as I write this though because I have dusted the way we did as children moving the ornaments just enough so hawkeye can see the duster has been near them.
