I like smoking so much: seeing all of them smoke in the movies.., lighting up, the gesture, the pose, the aroma... it's an addiction... I've tried so many pills, patches, gums .... Now mother gave me a brilliant idea to help me limit my 2-pack per day smoking. I'm using the kitchen digital timer - at first to light at 30 min intervals which I'll be gradually stretching... Wish all of you good luck.
