I am in need of suggestions for the upcoming holiday weekend. Last week my doctor took all salt away from me due to high BP. I do not use a lot of salt but now he says none - no processed food,no chips, pizza, etc. I am managing right now but I'm going away for the 4th of July weekend. Do any of you have any crunchy snack ideas that do not contain salt. Something that would go with a glass of wine or a cocktail,
