Hello all, well I know that oatmeal is good for chlosterol, and so is the new heart healthy cereal and it tastes good to, if I come across anything else I will let you know,. Bee have not heard from you how is everything going.

ANyone have any tips on how to raise your good cholesterol? I have been struggling with this and I cannot seem to get mine out of the 20's.

Healthy and Happy is my theme for 2012. I can achieve what I can conceive!
