Congratz on getting your BP down. I was on lisinopril 10mg a day but they had to take me off. I have my BP down to normal and they have me on Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg/ Enalapril 20mg/ and Metoprolol 50mg daily. It finally took all 3 combination to get mine down. I have said it in other posts and linked sites concerning the meds but once you are on a med for HBP there is virtually no chance of ever stopping the meds. Good luck with you tracking and once again, congratz.

Well team, it seems I've hit that threshold for my body. In a visit to the Doctors the other day, I was told my BP was normal. Now I'm bad about taking my meds everyday and my BP would be in the 140/80 range. With that news I have to start record my BP, and more than likely come OFF my meds............
PS- I am taking 20mg of Lisinopril a day
