I love my water, and my green tea. I make a pot of green tea with my Mr. Coffee tea maker, by using 7 pkts. of green tean bags. THEN at the end I add on large bottle of SOBE LITE Green tea, one pkt. of my favorite Pink Lemonade koolaide, and 3/4 cup splenda. YUM. BTW, I am RARELY EVER ill!!!
MY NEW saying: (borrowed from Delila)
"If you want to do something, you'll find a way, if you don't, you'll find an excuse."
Isaiah 40:29-31 "He gives strength to the weary, youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings as eagles. they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary."

Looking thru my newsletters from inspire.com, I saw one a woman had posted saying she'd been drinking hibiscus tea to help w/her HBP. So I did a search. www.hibiscus.org/toeat.php
It looks to me like it *does* have anti hypertensive actions, BUT..can interfere w/a variety of medicines, like diuretics (which many of us are on) and there may be a danger of kidney damage. Thought I'd pass it on!
