Can we add a goal like 30 minutes exercise 5 times a week.

I started with a easy one....drink 8 cups of water a day.

I have been slacking on that one for a while.

Hmm something along the lines of motivational.

Exercise X minutes per week, Walk/Run X Miles per week, lose 1 pound a week, packed healthy lunch for work X days a week... something along those lines. It will keep us going towards our end game weight goals.
