Shakeology is what I've been having for breakfast. It's expensive, but I see why now, it's so good compared to a normal protein powder from the store. I actually enjoy drinking it!

I know there's 100cal fruit cocktails you can get, and other pre-portioned fruit cups. I got a couple small cans that are 70 per half cup. Since the can is a full cup I can eat a whole one for 140 and it's still good.

I also found these little Dippin Styx things, I picked up the 50cal baby carrots and hummus kind as a quick snack as it was great. They have ones with carrots and ranch, and apples with caramel for 100. There's one type that's 120 because the caramel has peanuts, but that's the highest they go, and 20 calories is a small price for a protein boost when needed.

I did get there! This morning I hit 132 again and I was pleasantly surprised. :)

Can you pre-pack some healthy snacks, like celery stick, or baby carrots? I find them to be a great way to snack a bit without racking up too many calories. You can even add some low cal humus for a dip if you like it.

Ultimately 128, since that's exactly 50lbs under my high weight, but I'd like to at least see 132 which is where I was for awhile before gaining over the winter.

I'd be fine with not getting to 128 though as long as I like how I look, and feel. I have to strength train more, and see where it balances out.

Lucky!
50 today, and sunny. :3 A little breezy which makes it feel a little chillier, but didn't stop me from getting outside for a minute to enjoy the fresh air.

Today as a whole has been well. Progress has been slow, but I weighed in at 134 this morning. I'd probably be losing faster, but I'm trying to take strength more seriously so it's worth the wait to do it right.

Two more days of 60 squats on my 30 day challenge, before I jump up to 70. Bring it on! Lol.

Yesterday was just ridiculous. Snow, sleet, rain, all of that on the already soft, mushy roads. Ugh. That's March in NY for you. Almost 40 today so most of it's going away again. Though some places are flooded a bit from the rain plus melting snow.

Tomorrow's in the 50s then 40s all week though. More rain later in the week, but sun for a couple days. Hopefully my boyfriend doesn't have work so we can enjoy it together.

Thanks :) I am trying!! I have consistently tracked every single thing I've eaten for 3 days straight, so I'm pretty happy about that :) Way to go on getting up early to workout, trying a new exercise, and consistently taking the stairs at work!!! emoticon emoticon

sounds like you are doing fantastic!
I still get on here daily, but I've been tracking on myfitnesspal.com because I'm part of a group of friends on there and we are trying to push each other. I just finished day 2 of 60 this morning with the Hip Hop Ab challenge we are doing. It's one of those work outs by Beach Body.

My body feels it today, I get up at 5am to work out, but I'm determined to get through this. I have not taken any elevators in over 2 weeks now, at work I go up and down 4 floors of stairs a few times a day, and it's actually getting easier!

I'm ready for some results, I'm tired of feeling like a fat, lazy girl.

Wow, I couldn't survive a day like that!! At least you slept better last night though....it's not much of a silver lining, but it still counts :) My weekly goals are going really well actually!! I've been consistently tracking everything I've been eating (which I had been slacking on doing, so I'm happy), I'm eating much better than I have been lately, and I'm drinking lots of water emoticon How are your goals going?

Oh my gosh, I know what you mean!! I'm all messed up because of daylight savings time, but I'm glad to have the sunset pushed back awhile so it doesn't set at 5pm lol!! My weekend went ok....we've been snowed in for a few days and today (the first day we could get out of the house) I was woken up by a 5.1 earthquake, so yeah a great way to start my week lol.

Lol yeah I've noticed that too (about having to use the bathroom more often when I drink tons of water LOL)!! That's smart that you're bringing a water bottle along with you for that long car ride. That's great news!! I'm so glad it went well emoticon I'm actually doing really well with drinking lots of water. Like I said before, I had been struggling lately, but I just found this huge reusable water bottle that I forgot I had and I've been filling it up all the time, carrying it everywhere lol, and making sure I drink all the water in it everyday (plus whatever water I drink at every meal), so that's working for me at the moment. So this week I'm going to try and focus on water as usual. I'm also going to focus on fitness, I need to get that exercise in, I've really be lacking in that area a lot lately. I need to find a routine again and stick to it.

Sorry I didn't get back to you right away :/ There has been so much going on around here lately I feel like my head is constantly spinning!! Anyway, no I didn't have any plans for this past weekend other than helping to take care of my Mother. She's been a little under the weather :( Also, we were all excited about the Oscars last night and my sister's 23rd birthday is on Wednesday, so I've been trying to get her excited about it....we can't really do anything or buy her any presents at all because we literally have no extra money right now :( but I'm trying to make it special nonetheless!! Naw...I have pain meds to take for it, but I don't take them unless it's really bad. They make me feel loopy and I'm afraid of being addicted to them. I got better rest last night, I'm hoping I will get even better rest tonight.

no reason...I was just uncomfortable and my mind wouldn't shut down.
Last night I slept a little better, but about 3am I started tossing and turning again. I think it has to do with the cramping in my legs from my back injury the last couple of days. And this extremely dry weather we are having has me constantly thirsty all night and a lot of bloody noses :(

I'm sorry to hear you had an awful night sleep :// I hope you're feeling much better by now!!! Do you know what caused it? Or was it just one of those nights that you couldn't sleep for no reason? I've had those before and they are usually way more frustrating that sleepless nights that have a reason behind them.

Aw thank you so much for saying that, I really appreciate it emoticon I actually had a bit of an emotional breakdown the other day, so it's kind of difficult for me to think of myself as strong, but my family keeps telling me that I am, so I guess I'll just have to believe them and you :) We are planning on moving no later than July.....which seems so close and far away at the same time, but once it's over and we're actually there I know I'll be ok. Plus, my younger cousin (who's still in high school and who lives in Idaho) just told me the other day that she's really looking forward to having us live close to her and she can't wait to hang out with my sister and I all the time which of course made me feel a million times better about the entire thing emoticon

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you....things have been pretty hectic around here :/ We have decided that we are moving (not exactly decided on the place yet, but we're close lol)!! Anywho, wow! it sure sounds like your experience with moving away from home was a lot scarier than mine would be, so thank you for sharing that experience :) I have gotten much more used to the idea, but of course it is still scary. The only way I'd be able to do this is because I will have my parents and my sister with me (and they are all a Godsend!), we do have family in the areas we're considering, and it really would make our lives SO MUCH better. When I say it all like that is seems like I should have nothing to worry about I guess....it's just so weird to even consider leaving Southern California. Well, once again, thanks for helping me think things through and thanks for sharing your story, that really helped me :)

moving can definitely be scary. I grew up and lived in northern Arizona till I was 19. Then on my own, I upped and moved with only things that would fit in my 99 Honda Civic and moved 1200 miles away to Houston TX. I had no family there, or friends, didn't know anyone except the boyfriend I moved with who got a job right out of college at NASA.
It was scary, but after awhile, it was so much fun. Meeting new people and making new friends. It's worth the experience if it's going to make life better.
