I freeze a lot of soups, marinara/meat sauces, pesto, lasagna, macaroni and cheese casserole (the kids favorite, I ALWAYS have one frozen for an emergency meal I know they will eat) meat balls, breads, muffins???? Can't think of anything else right now but I'm sure there is more.
Funny this is that I have never frozen fruit or vegies from my garden - that is on my to do list for 2011.
We freeze a lot of soups. That's about the only prepared food we freeze. Otherwise we freeze tomatoes, strawberries, cherries. rhubarb, peaches, blueberries, cranberries. corn, and squash. Especially with the fruit, it's much less expensive than to buy it frozen in the store.
