I make several things in bulk and freeze them in individual servings for easy lunches. I have for years. It's just easier this way.

However, I never gave much thought to the calories, carbs, protiens, fats, etc.

Does anyone know how to calculate the nutritional information of a meal, then record same for individual servings?

It would go a long way toward helping me track my intake.
