posting a little late but those recipes do sound good. I got the 30 day gourmet book but I am not so thrilled by the recipes. It was definitely worth it for me to buy because of their methodology and their charts. I don't use them but it gave me good ideas. Also the idea of making a shopping list according to which recipes you'll buy and prepping all the vegis you'll need all at once which really streamlined things for me.
I have Fix, Freeze, Feast and my kids love it. We've tried the chicken curry, raging garlic stir fry (we use chicken instead of pork in that), sticky drunk pig on a stick, beef fajitas, beef and bean burritos, beef barley soup, basic red sauce (great for spaghetti), vegetable chili, regular chili, and spanish rice. The only one that my family doesn't like is the spanish rice.
