I am what is called a seasonal exerciser. I love Summer. When Spring comes I start walking, Summer I am busy, I walk, run and Dragon Boat. Fall I slow down and go back to walking in the Winter I hibernate. My goal for next Winter is to Swim. The City near our home has just finished a beautiful new pool. Next year it's swimming and water aerobics for me!

Eat well, drink in moderation, and sleep sound, in these three good health abound.
