Oh is that the little box on the start page and then go down and click on the change symbol?
Anyway I am just happy you found it..back to the fitness thing you can find mostly any activity on there if you browse the site

Thanks Sue I will look in that area, but this was a Tool used to estimate number of calories burned and how long it took to burn them.
It was a little box that came up... for example the box that comes up when you want to know how long it will take you to lose these number of pounds and it gives you an estimated date.
I should have remembered how I arrived at that page.
If you have any other thoughts please send them along.

Kathilyn, do you mean on the fitness page?
Go to top of this page or the right hand side of the page you are on now and click on My fitness, then on that page, click on add cardio and browse exercises or activites, there is painting, gardening and heavy cleaning as well as exercises and wii playing. If you use one of those click to save in your favourites to find it faster, but you still have to go to my fitness each time, once they are saved as favourites though it is a lot quicker, you just put in the time you did it and it comes up with how many cals you used etc

Hi,

The other morning I was scanning the site and came across a tool used to estimate the number of calories burned doing an activity and for how long it was performed.
Can someone redirect me to this page, so that I can save it. I have search and to no avail, I come up empty handed.
I would appreciate any help.
