Kick Butt from Aug 17th to New year challenge. We just posted a start weight whenever we joined the challenge and are not posting weight again until New Year, so we don't put too much pressure on. However, I would advise you to track water and how much fruit and veggies you eat and try to move more.
We were doing quite well on the exercise but then our get up and go..got up and went..lol..but trying each day to do some movement
