Welcome to the Team Elaine! Nice to see someone new in here! I'm in a similar situation that you are. My weight was also really having a negative effect on my health and life style. So, I got back on the SP wagon in the late spring. So far, so good! And I know you can do it too!
Elaine, if you go to the top of this page on the left side and click on MY TOOLS and then on START it will take you to your start page and there is a link there called GETTING STARTED GUIDE which shows you how to set up a page. If you don't know what to put, just start it anyway and put that you are working on it and leave it at that until you are ready. We can then send you messages and goodies and help even more. If you decide to have a tracker you can choose if to put your weight or weight lost, up to you see you later sue

As Mona said, welcome to you. Come and join us in the chat room and feel free to join in our Kick Butt from Aug 17th to New year challenge. We just posted a start weight whenever we joined the challenge and are not posting weight again until New Year, so we don't put too much pressure on. However, I would advise you to track water and how much fruit and veggies you eat and try to move more. We were doing quite well on the exercise but then our get up and go..got up and went..lol..but trying each day to do some movement What is the name you like to be called? It can be a nickname if you don't want to divulge your real name. Will you be making a spark page so we can send you a goodie and send messages to encourage you? If you need any help, please just yell

Welcome!!! This was my first spark team and I love the members. I am having a rough time right now and seem to struggle with exercise but I have lost 27 pounds since January and NOT gained it back. I am so ready to move forward but until I get myself moving I am my own worst enemy.

I've just been reading some of the messages and the support is wonderful. I have 100# to lose and need all the positive attitudes I can get. My health is starting to be negatively affected by my weight, along with my life in general. I'm 58 and plan on being around for a long time. It's going to be a healthy long time if I start now.
