Wanda, welcome back to us
I am so very sorry to hear of the death of your dear husband this week. Please don't be hard on yourself feeling as if you are losing your mind, you are starting to grieve. We all grieve in different ways and it will be a long time before you feel as if you are back to yourself, take one day at a time and do try to eat properly to keep your strength up
You are in my prayers, if you want to talk feel free to sparkmail me

I rediscovered this Spark Team while going through some old e-mails. I am Wanda, 56 and my husband of 35 years past away this past weekend. I am going through the emotions while I feel I am loosing my mind, but understand that can be normal. I am trying to focus on eating healthier and getting some exercise, as my 2 daughters seem to be concerned about loosing their other parent.
I live in SC and welcome any support and maybe giving some could get my mind off of me.
