Wow!!!! That is the most encouraging person I have seen in awhile. I am 62 but I can do this. I cannot walk right now due to broken femur but I must before long. THANKS you made my day, week, and life much easier.

Wow! I now have the inspiration and motivation. I have about that much to lose. I am not weighing yet, but inches are coming off. I am starting to moving around better. I will start the walking in April. For now, I am get out more and moving around more . I need your support and prayers. My goal is to get healthier. I retire end of June. The next year is for me to become a better me.

I found this video link on one of my other teams' pages. Some of you may have heard of this woman, but I had not. If you haven't seen this, you have got to check it out. She used to weigh over 400 pounds, now she is 54 and fabulous!
