Hi Mindy welcome back, for me If I want to eat it I do but only a little piece and that was I don't feel bad or deprived so try that.. and when you are eating get a smaller plate also tell yourself wow I am full when you are eating and somehow it works .
I'm sorry that I'm not more involved with y'all. It's hard spending a lot of time on the computer, when what I need to be doing is being up on my feet and active. I had 3 good weeks and gradually started to slide. I haven't kept track of my food for a week now. I went hog wild all last weekend. This week I started off better, but still taking in bits and pieces of crackers, cheese, popcorn, etc. You know the carb-pit! Anyway, any suggestion would be appreciated. I'm going off into Sparkland to look for some inspirational stories and maybe search the net for a few. I hope all of you are doing well! Mindy ;o)
